Crushing! Atlurkabuterimon

No Questions, Please

Sahgo's notes: The american title doesn't make any sense. A pretty decent episode, even with the stupid dialogue ¬¬ I was affraid they change all the "A-B-C-D-E-F (etc)" stuff, or the "training" in general, but it's still there. Cool ^^

Stupid Dialogue:
Izzy: "This is EXTREMELY perplexing: We've trying to find Gennai for over two months!" No, perplexing is your ability of saying EXTREMELY stupid stuff without opening your mouth. Izzy: "We're walking in circles!"
Tentomon: "We could walk in squares, but that's not quite seem to work either".
Try shutting up. I'm pretty sure that will work. Tentomon: "I hope we get there soon, for my feet's sake" I hope you shut up, for my patience's sake. Izzy: "With all my knowledge, I still can't find him!" He's so modest, isn't him? Tentomon: "Look Izzy, it's a sign!"
Izzy: "You mean from above?" [Updated 10.12.2007. Thanks, Kamairie!]
Tentomon: "No, here on the ground"
.........

Censor:
PicoDevimon's camera originally had some evil kanji written on it. Digitally erased in the american version. Man, such a small and unsignificant kanji! Evil kanji! Izzy/Koushiro and Tentomon find a sign. In the japanese version, the evil kanji says something like "Beware of falling poo ahead". In the US version, it says "Beware of falling sludge". Yeah.... More evil kanji! They find another sign. I have no idea of what is on it in both versions, but you can already imagine: exchanging poo for... anything less 'ugly'. Even MORE evil kanji! AND ANOTHER SIGN!
Beware of the attacking poo -> Beware of the attacking sludge.
OMG! STOP THE EVIL KANJI!!!

Side Note:
Vademon's dub voice is simply horrible. And his forced accent is even MORE horrible.

Stupid Dialogue:
Tentomon: "That big brain of his is SCRAMBLED if you ask me" I'm not asking you.

Side Note:
The book Vademon gives Izzy is on the oriental reading way (right-left). And they did nothing in the american version.

Censor:
I didn't understamdd this very well in the japanese version. In the US version, DemiDevimon offers Vademon his curiosity in exchange for Izzy's crest. In the japanese version, PicoDevimon says something like "rippanaiiun karun dakedo naa" (I'm pretty sure it's wrong -_-), and Vademon imagine a big crystal... poo. In the US version, they painted the crystal poo completely white, to make it seems being DemiDevimon's curiosity. Eeewww!

Side Note:
Then, Vademon asks for his part of the deal. In the US version, DemiDevimon is trying to take off his curiosity out of his head. In the japanese version, PicoDevimon is trying to... well, take your conclusions at looking at the last box ^^ Also, in the japanese version, we hear PicoDevimon flarting, muted in the dub (man, that's a pretty nasty episode ._.).
But let's stop to think: if Vademon took off Koushiro's/Izzy's curiosity, why didn't he took off DemiDevimon's "curiosity" in the dub? Those writers don't think.
Pabumon DOESN'T say anything but "pabu".

Stupid Dialogue:
Tentomon: "Digi-shupan!" (Or anything similar) What?

Side Note:
Originally, Pabumon evolved by himself, not because Izzy ordered him to do it. Vademon's attack was changed.
"Unidentified Flying Kiss" --> "What I need is some pest control! Too-dhoooo!!" (Yes, it's weird). [Updated 10.12.07 thanks to Kamairie]
And Kabuterimon's evolution wasn't thanks to Izzy's order either. In the japanese version, Koushiro just says "Kabuterimon, tatte!", that means "Kabuterimon, stand up!". AtlurKabuterimon's name was changed to MegaKabuterimon, with no reason. In the evolution scene, all "ATLURKABUTERIMON"s were changed to "MEGAKABUTERIMON"s, but they left the kana saying "Atoraakabuterimon". Weird, isn't it?

Stupid Dialogue:
Tsunomon: "Motimon, you look like a baby in Koushiro's arms"
Motimon: "Let me down, Koushiro-han, I'm ashamed!"
Koushiro: "Don't worry, I'll be careful"

you Tsunomon: "Yeah! How did you get here without shooting from a digi-gunner?"
Motimon: "Izzy was taking himself an improviment class!"
Izzy: "I improved so much I flunked right out!"
(I might have heard wrong)
OMG o_o
