Dark Evolution! Skullgreymon
The Arrival of Skullgreymon

Sahgo's notes: It was a pretty decent episode: just a few lines of Stupid Dialogue, and they mantained all the fight between the two Greymon, what was surprising since there was some battles in the series that were way lighter but censored anyway. The only two things that pissed me off in this episode were the terrible BGM choice in Skullgreymon's evolution and the terrible interpretation of Tai's Voice Actor in the end of the episode.

Stupid Dialogue:
Etemon: "It's a shocker, I know" Blah... Etemon still says a lot of rockstar-junk that I couldn't understand very well.

Side Note:
The original evil Greymon doesn't LAUGH, nor 'Screams in fear'. He just growls.

Stupid Dialogue:
Mimi: "He certainly doesn't have any ditch manners, at least say 'excuse me!'" Not for you, Mimi. Not for you.

Side Note:
Ok, "the scene". Greymon becomes Skullgreymon. Originally, a VERY dramatic BGM is played on the scene, and it REALLY affects the scene. It's way more effective than the crappy one they put in the dub (Digimon's theme with a different instrumental). That pisses me off because I love that scene.. Something weird. In the Digimon Analyser screen about Skullgreymon. For some reason, his name is written as "Skullgraymon" in the japanese version. And, the final scene. Well, I didn't like the BGM used in the american version, but it was suitable enough to make me happy. What I really didn't like was Tai's voice actor interpretation here. Emotionless and too hurry: the original Taichi said all thing way slower, while Tai seems to be talking 10 words for second. It was a shame, but at least there is no Stupid Dialogue in this scene (what makes me happy because I love that scene too!).
