Joe: "I've got an oral test tomorrow on laryngitis." XD I love this one. Davis: "All ashore that's going ashore!" Tai: "It's the girls, they're so much older!" .... Wait, older than what?? Older than girls he was dating before? Oh, the connotations! |

Yolei: "I love this helmet; it makes my glasses look smaller!" No. Davis: "I wonder if they have anything in a surfer style!" Yolei: "Wait 'til I tell my sisters I got FREE CLOTHES!" Wait 'til you tell you're sisters that you're a Chosen Child. Sora: "Kids today have no sense of values! When I was a kid, I showed a lot more respect when I received a gift!" Bullshit. We saw you when you were a kid! Kari: "Sora, I hate to say this, but you're sounding just like my mom!" Remember Joe's "Grandma on the toilet" analogy? D. Emporer: "Sneemon, attack!" Snimon, not Sneemon. Tentomon: "Izzy, you're a site for big, green, sore eyes!" D. Emporer: "This is not a drill, Drimogemon." Tentomon: "His drill spin attack will make you wish you were at the dentist!" Yeah, at least they give you drugs there. |

| When V-mon gets hit in the head with Mojamon's Hone Hone Boomerang, we actually see it hit in the original. In the dub, the shot is covered with a white flash. |

Yolei: "The ground just opened up and swallowed them!" Weren't you paying attention?? It did not! Davis: "Oh, great! I must've been walking in my sleep again!" Sleep-walking, sleep-flying, sleep-binding yourself to the side of a cliff... D. Emporer: "I'm you're worst nightmare come to life!" D. Emporer: "If I were, I'd be the one hanging from the cliff!" Veemon: "Great view, isn't it?" Davis: "I haven't had time to look!" Whoa! There's a canyon around me?? Tentomon: "They couldn't book enough weddings or bar mitzvahs!" (in reference to the temple) Yolei: "I'm exhausted! Hasn't anybody ever heard of escalators??" No. Sora: "They look like DigiEggs!" Oh, they do not. Quit being daft. |

Armadimon's name is changed to Armadillomon. His voice and Hawkmon's SUCK. Hawkmon's original voice was deep and clear, Armadimon's sounded a lot like Iori's (they have the same seiyuu), but with a little rasp. Hawkmon's dub voice sounds like Sonny the Coco Puffs Bird. Armadimon was given a southern accent (which is fine because he had a thick Nagoya dialect in the original). |

Armadillomon: "I think my shell fell asleep!" Yolei: "... except with my sister over who gets the last cookie!" Hawkmon: "Are you saying you refuse to fight?? HARUMPH! Why do I get stuck with the defective human??" By saying "Harumph," he's an idiot, but by calling Yolei a defective human, he's a genius... Sora: "And you've got another friend for life too... ME!" Run, Miyako, RUN!!! Sora actually didn't speak in this part. Miyako was thinking "Sora's hands can fight...", which is what encouraged her. None of that "friend for life" crap. |

Holsmon is spelled Holsemon. And you know what? His voice would be PERFECT for Hawkmon. >.< Other than that, I can't really understand what they say after the evolve, they're talking too fast. o.o The recycled theme song is used for the armor evolution. Holsmon's original main attack was Mach Impulse, not Tempest Wing. Digmon's voice is closer than Armadillomon's is to Armadimon. It needs to have a higher pitch to it, though. [Update: Found some info while checking out Megchan's Board. The user "Koushiro and Tentomon" made the post, which is here. Anyway, Hawkmon's phrase is "Flapping Wings Of Love." Digmon's is "Steel Wisdom," and is changed to "The Drill Of Power."] |

D. Emporer: "You've both been trespassing in my garden without my permission!" Stop saying "garden!" Veemon: "Hey, take it easy! I was just kiddin'! Come one, good buddy, don't you know a good joke when you hear one? You know, a little joke to lighten the mood!" |

Digmon: "Sorry to burst in on you like this!" V-mon: "You coulda knocked!" I know! Heroes these days... Gatomon: "This litter box ain't big enough for the both of us!" Eww... I think I just stepped in this line... Wormmon: "Keep your claws to youself, you big bully!" Wow, they kept Tailmon getting hit by the Kaiser's whip. o.o I didn't think they would. Flamedramon: "When it's fire against ice, fire always wins!" |

Okay, since it's obvious that Holsemon doesn't know his own attacks, here's the run-down: When he shoots beams from his eyes, that's Red Sun. When he shoots beams from the things on his helmet, that's Mach Impulse. When he spins around and created a little tornado, that's amore. Well, it's Tempest Wing, but you get the idea. |

Digmon: "I guess we're the Drill Team!" Mojyamon: "It's always 'destroy this, destroy that, get me a capuccino!' Oi!" Tai: "The birds and the bees, huh? Thanks Mr. Fujiyama! Boy, when it comes to girls, this guy's got a lot to learn!" And to think, he's probably married. Actually, that would explain it. Tentomon: "Imagine! All that power and he's afraid of the dark!" D. Emporer: "Really? Well excuse me if I don't start shakin' in my boots!" I think it was Koushiro in the original who said the final line, which was "Everyone.. excuse me, but could you please hurry and stand!" (they were all on top of him). Therefore, the Kaiser talking doesn't make any sense. |
